Our Ethos

Netfuse deliver a fairly-priced, open network

The Netfuse ethos is based in respect for our customers, and innovating for their gain.

Fair pricing is a term which is banded around frequently as a synonym to “cheap”— but this is a simplistic aim. Netfuse price their services in proportion to the cost required to deliver them. When we charge admin fees, which is rare, they are usually to cover admin fees from other networks, and are only applied when our work is significant - not just because the work has a certain value to the customer.

With this aim to be proportional we are in the unique position to be able to totally do away with the confusing and misleading concept of call "tariffs". All our call costs are in proportion to our costs - and if our customers are able to commit to a certain level of spending, we can reduce our margins further.

Finally, by innovating solutions to new telecoms obstacles, we're able to ensure that our customers get the very best from our network, by executing a monthly cycle of implementing a proportion of customer feedback.
